Anchor Physical Therapy Mom Walks
connecting moms in the Seacoast NH community
Come Join A Mom Walk With Us
Mom walks are designed as a way to meet other moms in the Seacoast New Hampshire & Southern Maine community. At the same time we are getting outside for some fresh air and some movement. I had my second child in October 2024, and I am here to share all of the stories (good and bad) of my postpartum journey with you. I am also happy to talk about anything pelvic floor or physical therapy related. No question is off the table. Hope to see you there!

I will attempt to reschedule the walk sometime that same week if possible, but it may just be canceled for the week.

You can absolutely still join us! It can still be helpful to talk to other moms to know what is expected around the corner and to build a network of people prior to your baby’s arrival!
-
Please come! Moms of the little ones can always use the advice from the moms who have been there, done that.
-
You are welcome to bring kids and babies of all ages! Personally I have a 3 year old son that will not be joining on many walks so I am able to talk to moms a bit easier, but will have my daughter who is was born in October of 2024.
-
No RSVP required. Plans as a mom can change on a dime and we totally understand. Come when you can!
But selfishly I love to know when people are coming, so you can always send me a message that you plan to attend!
-
No it does not! This is a free mom group designed to help other moms meet each other.
-
Not at all! We have many moms that have childcare and it is just easier to come socialize with other moms without the little ones in tow.
