Why we created this program

After working with many postpartum women over the years, we found that almost everyone was having the same problem. Women kept running into problems when starting a workout postpartum, even when it was labeled “postpartum friendly”. We would consistently hear of new pelvic floor symptoms starting, or a new low back pain they never had before. The problem is “postpartum” is not one size fits all. There are some overlapping themes, yes. But very rarely are our clients getting the same exact exercise program.

Our Goal

Give every person a roadmap from feeling “out of shape” postpartum to feeling confident in taking on any type of workout you want.

The Program

1:1 with a credentialed pelvic floor and sports performance physical therapist

Total amount of sessions varies based on your goals (typically a 3 month

We move through each pillar of our program to ensure you are ready to tackle any workout you want when you are done with us

  1. Breath work

  2. Core strength and pressure management

  3. Functional lower body strength training 

  4. Integrating upper body strength training with our core

  5. Jumping & running progressions

  6. Sport specific (unique to each client)
